FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding syrup into the first vacuum-device, condensation of syrup, seeding crystals by addition of crystalline primer of crystals size 0.16-0.22 mm into vacuum-device and growing crystals. Part of massecuite is removed from this vacuum-device and fed its into the second vacuum-device. Massecuite is boiled down in these vacuum-devices to the preparing state. In feeding syrup into vacuum-device foam breaker PG-3 is added as powder in the amount 0.002-0.004% to syrup mass. For seeding crystals a primer is used in its mixture with distilled monoglyceride in the amount 0.001-0.002% to syrup mass. Growing crystals before removal of part of massecuite in the second vacuum-device is carried out at the supersaturation coefficient 1.15-1.17. Before its removal from the first vacuum-device massecuite is diluted with the parent syrup to the supersaturation coefficient 1.05-1.07. In the second vacuum-device distilled monoglyceride melt is added to massecuite in the amount 0.001-0.002% to massecuite mass. Invention provides increasing yield of sugar crystals, improving their quality and acceleration process of massecuite boiling down.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
