SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of organic substances used as active components in treatment of fungal skin damages. In particular, in preparing the preparation "Nitrofungin" method involves using 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol that is synthesized by the chlorination reaction of 4-nitrophenol with sodium hypochlorite by stirring in hydrochloric acid medium at temperature 0°C. The precipitated product is filtered off and dries.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, enhanced yield of end product.
