FIELD: geophysics, possible use for predicting catastrophic occurrences.
SUBSTANCE: method includes measuring electric anomaly signals by means of network of seismic stations with selection of control zones, determining their energetic and space-time parameters and direction of development of seismic process, detecting migration of local areas of seismic activity, on basis of parameter change of which position and scale of expected earthquake is in seismic-active zone is evaluated. Measurement of electric anomaly signals is performed with consideration of frequency amplitudes of resonance in wave duct between Earth and ionosphere at fixed frequencies, with positioning of at least one of seismic stations at space orbit. Determining of energetic and space-time parameters and direction of development of seismic process are performed, when frequency of temporary movement of sinusoidal periodic process is compatible to frequency of cyclic measurement time. Migration of local seismic activity areas is detected with consideration of concentration of radon containment in underground waters and hydrogen above line of faults in marked control zones.
EFFECT: higher trustworthiness of earthquake prediction.
