FIELD: electric heating technologies, in particular, engineering of electric heaters for flowing substances; can be possibly used for heating chemically not-aggressive liquids, like water and water in heating devices for heating rooms of inhabited, social and industrial buildings.

SUBSTANCE: damping cover is applied to body by pulverization in form of metallic sub-layer with thickness ranging from 0,05 millimeters to 0,1 millimeters, electric-insulating cover is applied to sub-layer made of ceramics with thickness ranging from 0,5 millimeters to 1,5 millimeters, ribbon-like heating element is made by pulverization in form of current-conductive layer with thickness from 0,3 millimeters to 1,5 millimeters, heat isolation is positioned on the cover.

EFFECT: improved efficiency, increased productiveness, increased reliability, increased durability resource.
