FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic-carbon heating element consists of a substrate, on which there is a spiral with contact sites at the ends, connected to flexible outputs of the heating element, with a dielectric protective layer applied on top. The substrate is made as ceramic from refractory montmorillonite clay, the spiral is carbonaceous, such as a thread, a current-conducting paste or a current-conducting carbon-containing coating, and is placed into grooves. The dielectric protective layer is made of glass ceramics.
EFFECT: safe highly efficient heating of electric cooker working parts with simultaneous removal of harmful heat radiation in wide range of infrared radiation wave lengths.
