FIELD: agriculture, in particular, storage, germination and growing of various plant seeds at initial growing stage.
SUBSTANCE: incubator is formed as capsule with enclosure comprising cellulose material of fibrous structure as at least one component. Capsule incorporates components needed for each initial plant development stage and used in the following ratio, wt%: nutrient substances 30-70; filler 5-10; binder 1.0-5.0; fungicide 0.001-0.01; water the balance. According to first version, method for manufacturing of disposable incubator involves making incubator using various processes including vacuum forming process, process for pressing or casting from mass comprising cellulose material of fibrous structure as at least one component; drying resultant capsule; charging components into one half of capsule and assembling capsule from two halves. According to second version, method involves applying onto formation centers such as any inert particles or encapsulated mineral fertilizers first layer including fungicide and binder; basic layer(s) including nutrient mixture, filler, cellulose material of fibrous structure, and binder, said components being used in various ratios; outer layer including filler, cellulose material of fibrous structure and binder, said components being used in various ratios. Planting material is disposable incubator incorporating seed or incubated seed along with said components, said seed or incubated seed being sprout at different development stages, including sprout with developed root system. Method for producing of planting material involves charging seeds into capsule. Method for preparing of planting material for planting or sowing process includes wetting capsule with water 5-20 days before planting time until moisture content within capsule mass is 30-70%; holding capsule at air moisture content of 50-90% and temperature of 20-40 C until sprout is developed to needed stage or has developed root system.
EFFECT: development of plant on any kind of soil, increased time for plant development and ripening, and improved resistance to temperature differences and frosts.
