SUBSTANCE: method comprises producing micro-hollows by rolling. Before rolling, the surface is preliminary strengthened and coated with a plate metal. The micro-hollows are made by means of a tool with pile. The tool with pile is positioned at an angle to the horizontal axis to provide a specified pile tension.

EFFECT: enhanced durability.
