FIELD: measurement technology; checking nuclear power plants for safety.
SUBSTANCE: proposed complex that has water-tight deep-water submersible vehicle, submersible gamma-ray spectrometer incorporating gamma-ray detecting unit accommodated in separate water-tight deep-water capsule with water-tight cable lead, measuring equipment, and recording equipment accommodated in water-tight deep-water submersible vehicle with standard water-tight leads is provided, in addition, with water-tight deep-water container measuring equipment, data acquisition, processing and transfer system, and off-line power supply for equipment; container has water-tight output lead with water-tight plug connector for comprehensive check of equipment and trickle-charging of power supplies, neutron radiation detection units, nuclear reactor temperature sensors, end position sensors for reactivity correction working-elements and emergency protection rods, and sensors responding to water in vicinity of nuclear reactor. Each neutron radiation detecting unit and each of mentioned sensors are placed in respective deep-water capsules and are coupled through water-tight leads and water-tight plug connectors with measuring equipment disposed in water-tight deep-water container and with data acquisition, processing, and transfer system connected thereto. Complex is provided with unit feeding remote turn-on/turn-off signal to off-line power supply of equipment accommodated in deep-water container and unit receiving information from sunken object, all of them being disposed in water-tight deep-water sunken vehicle; each water-tight deep-water capsule and water-tight deep-water container are placed in fire and heavy static and dynamic load shielding devices and are disposed on object. Data acquisition, processing, and transfer system is designed for its connection through water-tight lead and water-tight plug connector in water-tight deep-water container to hull of sunken object. Deep-water submersible vehicle is equipped with external hydrophone to receive ultrasonic signal from sunken object connected to deep-water container information receiving unit and designed for its attachment to sunken object. Recording equipment is designed to transfer information received from sunken object to receiving devices of wrecking services, and unit feeding signal for remote turn-on/turn-off of power supply for equipment accommodated in deep-water container incorporates provision for controlling wrecking services.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and transfer of data on condition of nuclear power plant to reduce risk in the course of wrecking and docking sunken object.
