SUBSTANCE: cap for skin tissue puncturing device (including case and lancet moving against the case) has proximal end for connection to the case, distal end for gripping skin, and hole for lancet part passage. Distal cap end has elastic-fluid elements for gripping skin. Method of fluid sampling (e.g. blood) from skin tissue involves use of device for skin tissue puncturing, including case, cap and lancet moving against the case and cap. The cap has proximal end for connection to the case, distal end for gripping skin, and hole for lancet part passage. Distal cap end has elastic-fluid elements for gripping skin. Then the cap contacts skin tissue (e.g. skin of finger, limb or belly) to grip skin with gripping elements. The cap is pressed to skin, so that at least two mentioned elastic elements are elastically deformed and approach each other forming inflation in skin tissue. Further this inflation is punctured to make an orifice for sampling a fluid. Thus a cap for skin tissue puncturing device is compatible with a range of test areas (such as fingertips, limbs and belly) and allows obtaining fluid sample (e.g. blood) without further manipulations (such as squeezing and/or extrusion) over the punctured area.

EFFECT: elastic deformation of cap parts contacting skin tissue and pressed to skin to grip skin tissue and approach each other.
