FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has proximal or distal end member building one of components of articulation under prosthetic repair, rod, connection piece for bringing resected bone and rod and/or rod elongation member in engagement. The rod and/or rod elongation member, connection piece and proximal or distal end members are connected to each other by means of embracing and enveloped cone. Each enveloped cone has projection passing in longitudinal prosthesis direction but is displaced relative to its axis and enters corresponding recess in the embracing cone. Transverse hole is available for allowing lateral access to the enveloped cone end area by means of instrument for taking prosthesis to pieces.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in assembling prosthesis according to custom design from limited number of pieces.
