FIELD: dust collection methods; chemical, textile, food-processing and light industries; manufacture of apparatus for cleaning dust-laden gases.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in peripheral introducing of dust-laden gas flow into cylindrical part of inertial dust collection unit, twisting this flow by means of screw-shaped surface of cover and precipitating dust into bin through taper part of housing; cleaned gas is discharged through axial exhaust branch pipe; vibrating transportation of dust particles is performed due to spring-mounted cyclone housing and due to imparting vibrations to parts of cyclone housing by means of vibrator mounted on ring secured on cyclone housing; control of parameters of vibro-dynamic mode is effected by means vibrator control unit. Non-entrapped dust particles are entrapped in outlet branch pipe on filter element simultaneously performing function of aerodynamic silencer.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of dust collection.
