SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment for purification of the dusty gasses. The installation includes: the cyclone containing the body consisting of the cylindrical and conical parts, the arranged in its upper part peripheral inlet of the gas stream and the axial outlet fitting pipe of the purified gas, the acoustical column with the audio-frequency generator located in its upper part. The acoustical column in its lower part is connected to the axial outlet fitting pipe of the purified gas of the cyclone and contains the pencil-point fender spacer installed with its greater base in the lower base of the column. The concavity formed by the surfaces of the fender spacer and the column is linked by the bypass fitting pipe to the peripheral inlet fitting pipe of the gas stream of the cyclone. In the upper part of the acoustical column there is the outlet fitting pipe of the purified gas. The audio-frequency generator is linked to the control unit. On the cylindrical part of the tank of the cyclone there is the ring rigidly fixed by means of the brackets with the base or the mount stand and the rest cylindrical part of the body with the conical part is consolidated to the ring by means of then additional ring and the resilient component. The cyclone is supplied with the vibrator with the control unit located on the ring rigidly linked to the conical part of the cyclone and with the base through the resilient component. The installation is supplied with the fine screen containing the filtering component, the hopper for collection of the dust made in the form of the dust-collecting sack and the cyclone component made in the form of the body of the snail type with the ventilator and the fitting pipes for fixation of the filtering component and the dust-collecting sack. The axes of these fitting pipes coincide with the axes of the filtering component and the dust-collecting sack, and in the fitting pipe connected with the dust-collecting sack there is the insert made out of the cylinder-conic bush-ring, coaxially to which in the fitting pipe there is the fixed fender spacer. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the dust catching.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the dust catching.
