FIELD: apparatus using free vortex flow, particularly dust removal devices for chemical, textile, fool, light and other industries for dust-laden gas cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing dust-laden gas flow in cylindrical body part from periphery thereof through acoustic column; untwisting the gas flow and depositing dust in bunker through conical body part; discharging cleaned gas flow through axial outlet pipe. Dust-laden gas flow inlet is connected to lower acoustic column part by airway. Upper acoustic column part is provided with dust-laden gas flow inlet pipe and sound vibration generator. Cylindrical body part is connected to conical body part by means of resilient flange. Ring is spring-loaded against base and is fixed in lower body part. Vibrator is installed over the ring.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of gas cleaning of dust.
