SUBSTANCE: invention proposes derivatives of 2-iminopyrrolidine of the general formula (I) given in the invention description, their salts and pharmaceutical compositions possessing antagonistic effect on thrombin receptors. Substitutes A, R101, R102, R103, R5, R6, Y1, Y2, ring B and Ar are determined in the invention claim. Invention provides using derivatives of 2-iminopyrrolidine that elicit the excellent effect in therapy or prophylaxis of thrombin-associated diseases.
