FIELD: chemical industry; equipment for continuous surface treatment of bends.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the pickling installation, in which the strip is passing through the filled with the treating liquid tank shut by a cover. The invention presents the installation for continuous surface treatment of strips, in particular, the pickling installation, in which the strip is passing through the filled with the treating liquid tank shut by a cover. At that the tank bottom made in the form of a bath in transversal direction is made composed mainly of a horizontal middle section and the outgoing from it in both sides slant sections for compensation of the sagging of the strip on edges. The technical result of the invention is optimization of the surface treatment by means of the installation, in particular, at pickling strips made out of the high-quality steels, and mainly in the case of surface treatment of the very wide strips.
EFFECT: the invention ensures optimization of the surface treatment using the installation, mainly, at pickling the strips made out of the high-quality steels, in particular, in the case of the surface treatment of the very wide strips.
