SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to improve method and device of metal tape continuous processing. Device contains at least one reservoir for collection of processing liquid, in particular, dipping bath, where metal tape is preferably directed horizontally, and at least one reservoir, preferably, two reservoirs for pumping, preparation storage and/or accumulation of processing liquid, at that pumping reservoir is installed right under the bath and pumping reservoir bottom has a decline along its full length, and the decline is arranged in the direction of tape movement and/or transversely to tape movement direction. Method includes sending metal tape horizontally through the flat reservoir for collection of processing liquid with reservoir for pumping, preparation, storage and/or accumulation of processing liquid, at that in order to fully empty the pumping reservoir and flat reservoir during processing liquid drain, pumping reservoir is used with bottom declined along full length, and the decline is arranged in direction of tape movement and/or transversely to tape movement direction.
