FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: rotor machine comprises spherical housing with inlet and outlet passages, rotor and two output shafts whose axes intersect at an angle at the center of the sphere. The rotor is made of a sphere provided with nonintersecting toroidal grooves that are arranged in mutually perpendicular planes symmetrically with respect to the common axis. The grooves receive toroidal pistons that define four toroidal working spaces together with the faces of the grooves of the rotor and inner spherical surface of the housing. The working spaces can pulsate when output shaft rotate.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
