SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with decreasing therapeutic complications in patients at traumatic surgical interferences. One should carry out a dosed physical loading (DPL) followed by registration of arterial pressure. It is necessary to register diastolic arterial pressure in the end of the first minute at DFL of 50 W (APdiast 50 W 1) and at its value being below 85 mm mercury column one should perform energetic support (ES) during operation with 40%-glucose solution at 60-70 kcal/h, moreover, one should calculate desired intra-operational ES by taking into account the following formula: N = (+1.3514APdiast 50 W 1)+(1.5243 ES) - 4.5855, where N = 62-249. The innovation suggested enables to prevent therapeutic complications at pre-operational stage.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction.
