FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves recording systolic arterial blood pressure during the first postoperative day and patient heart beat rate is determined during the first postoperative day. The received values are substituted in prognosis estimation formula of Y=2.5034*HBR during the first day-0.9765*Adsyst during the first day - 1.0345, where Y is the prognostic value, HBR is the heart beat rate in strokes per 1 min, Adsyst is the systolic arterial blood pressure in mm of mercury column. Y being less than 89.4, no therapeutic complications are predicted. Otherwise, therapeutic complications are predicted.
EFFECT: enabled prognosis during the first postoperative day.
