FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: massager can be used for sanitary and prophylactic massage. Massager has massage unit, which consists of elastic plait, massage elements made in form of bodies of rotation and strung onto elastic plait, and handles fastened to ends of plait. There is rigid tip at one end of plait at least. Tip is fixed in collet clamp mounted onto handle. Massage elements are made removable. One part of elements is made for heating and the other one is made for cooling. Those unlike massage elements are strung onto plait in preset order of alternation. Massage unit can be composed of several plaits disposed in parallel onto each of which the massage elements are strung in preset order of alternation made for heating and massage elements made for cooling.

EFFECT: widened operational capabilities; improved therapeutic efficiency of massage.
