FIELD: flying mini- and micro-vehicles with flapping wings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle has fuselage with at least one pair of flapping wings mounted movably relative to fuselage and rigidly secured on it by means of two piezo-electric motors. Flapping wings are connected with fuselage by means of spherical joints; piezo-electric motors are made in form of bimorphous piezo-electric converters connected with flapping wings by means of elastic members. Each flapping wing is made in form of elastic frame-type skeleton with thin polymer film secured to it and is connected with converters by means of elastic members made in form of springs or double-link mechanical units. Mounted between flapping wings are additional elastic members connecting respective pairs of flapping wings.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability; increased cargo carrying capacity.
