FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: injector has optical part, at least one lower haptic part and at least one top haptic part. Injector has case composed of cylindrical main part, preferably cylindrical outlet part having smaller cross-section than cross-section of main part, and conical part. Conical part connects main part with output part. Injector also has plunger made for movement inside case for moving crystalline lens from main part to output part to provide subsequent pushing of crystalline lens out of output part. Plunger has two clasp members made for movement to meet each other when plunger slides inside conical part. Tip of plunger is made in such a manner that when it comes into output part, at least one space forms which is adapted for receiving at least one top haptic part of crystalline lens.
EFFECT: reduced risk of injury at introduction of crystalline lens.
