FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has fastening members and hemispheric bowl having radially circularly arranged through slit notches near the open end with the fastening members being rotatably set on axles. The fastening members are designed as triangles having internal pedicle for receiving pressure from the femur head part and external pedicle having cutting edge to enable the pedicle to penetrate into bone tissue.
EFFECT: accelerated prosthesis setting; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
