FIELD: construction engineering; preparation of cast concrete and mortar mixes in self-propelled mixing plants for repair of asphalt pavements, hydraulically insulated and roof coverings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes loading components of mix into reservoir of mixing plant equipped with bladed mixer rotating reversibly relative to longitudinal or vertical axis; in loading each component, mixer is rotated first in one side and then in second side at rate inversely proportional to viscosity of mix; time of rotation to one side is equal to time of rotation to other side. Mix contains solid and liquid components; cement, sulfur, sand, crushed stone, slag, crushed cement, asphalt crumb, rubber and indene-coumarone resin are used as solid components; water, aqueous solution of functional additives, bitumen, bitumen emulsion, polyvinyl acetate emulsion and sulfur are used as liquid components. Solid components are loaded into reservoir first and then liquid components or vice versa. Components are subjected to preliminary heating.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
