FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, enzymology, genetic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes using enzyme phospholipid:diacylglycerol acyltransferase as a catalyst in acyl-CoA-independent transfer reaction of fatty acids from phospholipids to diacylglycerol in process of biosynthetic preparing triacylglycerol. Proposed invention provides preparing triacylglycerol with high degree of effectiveness.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of enzyme.
