FIELD: oil production, particularly arrangements for cleaning well fluid of mechanical impurities, including that having different size, adapted for wells characterized by high content of mechanical impurities.
SUBSTANCE: method involves separating large particles from ascending well fluid flow to be pumped; grinding the large particles and introducing the grinded particles in hole annuity. Device for above method realization comprises shaft, body with inlet and outlet orifices, particle separation means and grinding means adapted to introduce grinded particles into hole annuity. The grinding means is made as movable grinding member carried by shaft and fixed grinding member installed inside the body. The movable and fixed grinding members cooperate one with another during shaft rotation.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability, increased service life of submersible pump in wells due to reduced wear of pump components subjected to friction and prevention of dib clogging with mechanical impurities.
