FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the ECPI for downhole oil production in conditions complicated by the high abrasive particles content in reservoir production, as the formation fluid cleaning of impurities input device. Device comprises a housing with upper input openings, the mechanical impurities separator, the drive shaft on bearing supports with possibility of rotation and the coarse particles grinder provided with outlet openings communicating with the well casing space. Coarse particles grinder is made in the form of the centrifugal pump individual stages. Each stage contains an impeller and a guide vane, formed by a cylindrical body with upper and lower disks, between which the vanes are located. On the guide vane inner surface blades are located, made of a material with a hardness exceeding the ground abrasive particles hardness.
EFFECT: increase in the device continuous operation time for well fluid cleaning and increase in the ECPI operating time, as a result, reducing the well with carried out from the formation solid particles clogging process intensity.
