FIELD: the invention refers to the field of geological survey and may be used for searching oil deposits.
SUBSTANCE: the essence of the mode is in that forced draw-off of subterranean air is made from the depth of 1,4-1,5 m with the aid of a vacuum pump. The pumped air is passed through a filter for purification it from aerosol and dust. Purified air is passed through combined sorbent. The hydrocarbon compounds accumulated on the sorbent are analyzed with the aid of gas chromatography. According to availability and concentration of hydrocarbon one can judge about presence of oil in the depth.
EFFECT: increases reliability of received data and also simplicity and mobility of the mode.
