FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: gas chromatographic analysis is carried out for each sample taken in survey network. Produced chromatograms are used to identify ratios of odd and even gaseous and steam-like normal alkanes of C2-C6 row. Specified ratios are assessed using mathematical tool of Kendal statistics. Produced coefficients of K-range correlation are used as criterion to separate sampling points into abnormal and background ones. Points of sampling, where produced value of K-range coefficient correlation is less than selected threshold of abnormal values is referred to abnormal points. Afterwards abnormal and background points are marked in survey network on investigated area. Availability of gas and oil deposit in underlying sediments is detected by zones of high condensation of specified abnormal sampling points.
EFFECT: improved validity and reduction of forecasting labour intensiveness.
