FIELD: chemical industry, photography, possible use for producing filming products with photo-emulsion cover with given properties.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing photo-emulsion layer on filming products with grain shape in form of right hexagon, positioned evenly close to each other, includes, in specially engineering expression a=2,31·(f1/f2)·horizontal, where a - side of right hexagon, centimeters; f1 - cohesion force, kilogram-force/cm2 - resistance of grain to tear; f2 - adhesion force, kilogram-force/cm2 - hardness of photo-emulsion layer for tearing from surface; horizontal -thickness of layer, cm, photo-emulsion is taken with value of relation of cohesion force to adhesion force f1/f2=1,0-1,3 at value of adhesion force relatively to surface of intermediate layer f2=0,5-1,5 kilogram-force/cm2. expression allows calculation of relation between side of right hexagon and grain thickness h.
EFFECT: possible increase of quality of prepared filming product due to production of photo-emulsion layer with shape of grains in form of right hexagon, positioned at evenly close distance from each other.
