FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: tubular structure subject to ligation is bent. Elastic ring is put onto bent part of structure to bend it in two parts. Device for ligating tubular structures in tissues and organs has case with hole and internal hook. Hook is connected with movable handle by means of rod. Hook is made for clasping tubular structure, bending it and introducing inside case. Elastic rings, ring push-pull attachment and threaded tube are disposed outer diameter of case. Tube is mounted for turn and feed by push-pull attachment of elastic ring onto tubular structure and for pinching tubular structure in two points.

EFFECT: simplified method of ligation; improved reliability of hemostasis; alternate ligation of several parts of tubular structures without changing and re-charging apparatus.
