SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be applied for laparoscopic operations with laparolift. Operation is performed through single puncture, for which purpose used is laparolift, through which passage in required direction of laparoscope, changeable instruments is performed and cleaning of intervention places is carried out. In laparolift for performance of laparoscopic operation provided is passage with laparoscope, changeable instruments, catheter for cleaning of intervention places, tubular case of tab, handle and projections on butt end on the other side. On tubular case based are one on another cases with section in form of semi-circumference, which has from one side tabs, from another - handles with protrusions on butt ends. Cases also together base with bases of handles and projections on cartridge butt end, which consists of two halves, one half bases with its vertical holes and butt end projections on vertical pins and projections of the second half, on the second half of coupling on edges provided are horizontal pins for rotation of retractors in slots of plug, connected with rotary horizontal support.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to perform laparoscopic operations with laparolift through single puncture without carboxyperitoneum, reduce trauma, reduce operation time.
