FIELD: surgery.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used during laparoscopic operations for shifting organs of abdominal cavity and for creating bigger working space in area of operation. Device has plates-retractors at its working end, case in form of tube, clutch for attaching case to horizontal bar, and handle. Handles are disposed at end being opposite to working end of case. Clutch for fixing case is attached to horizontal rod. Rod is attached to cup. Cup is mounted onto post. Post is attached to operation table. There is tube on case. Handles are fixed at ends of case and of tube for shifting case and tube. Plates-retractors are made re-mountable and they are fixed at working ends of case and of tube to shift organs in parallel to case or for shifting organs in perpendicular to case.

EFFECT: higher ability of shift; bigger area of operation in horizontal and vertical directions.
