FIELD: mechanical working production processes, possibly restoration of internal-thread surface.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of cleaning threaded surface of screwed-in part and coating it with release composition; applying compound onto cleaned surface at pressing it into recesses of thread; turning part with threaded opening till diameter exceeding that of thread of screwed-in part; forming roughness on surface of opening; degreasing said surface and applying onto it compound whose layer thickness is equal to gap between prepared surface of screwed-in part and surface of opening of restored part. Prepared screwed-in part is inserted without gap into opening of restored part and it is fixed in said opening. Swollen portions of compound are removed and compound is cured for its complete polymerization. Internal thread of surface is formed by screwing-off part that was screwed-in.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, lowered cost of restoration, improved quality of threaded joint.
