FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrophysical and electrochemical processing, particularly, to spark-erosion alloying and can be used for repair of machine parts. Coat is applied by spark-erosion alloying with the help of electrode on the part worn-out surface. Thereafter, obtained surface is coated with metal-polymer material, polymerised to subject the applied metal-polymer coat to finishing. Note here that spark-erosion alloying is performed for coat application at discharge energy of 0.036-6.8 J to ensure coat surface roughness of 1-200 mcm and larger. Finishing if performed by spark-erosion alloying with graphite electrode.
EFFECT: higher quality, longer life, wear resistance and reliability of reclaimed metal parts.
