FIELD: repair production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to restoration of cylindrical surfaces of machine parts. Cast iron rings are made, the dimensions of which are chosen depending on the initial diameters of the inner or outer surfaces of the part to be restored. On the surfaces of the rings, on which glue is to be applied, an artificial roughness is created by electroerosive machining. The rings are cut into two half-ring linings. Machining is carried out by cutting the restored cylindrical surface of the part to a diameter equal to the inner or outer diameter of the manufactured semi-rings. Artificial roughness is created on the surface of the part by electroerosive machining. After the final hardening of the adhesive, the surface of the part to be restored is mechanically processed to ensure the required size and roughness.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude heat treatment of overlay blanks and create artificial roughness along the entire length of hard-to-reach surfaces of parts before gluing semi-circular overlays.
