FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves reinforcing walls and base of tooth root with crown-and-root carcass. Canal is created for introducing osteostimulating preparation into the interradicular septum destruction zone. The canal is built as tube fixable in root part of the carcass perforated in the destruction area projection and fixed in dental cavity by means of castable composite. Final crown part repair is carried out after having regenerated interradicular septum bone tissues to 2/3 of its length and having filled it with glass ionomer cement to the root base level, the tube cavity being filled with microfilled composite material. The interradicular septum zone is isolated from the crown part during recovery process to enable osteostimulating preparation to be periodically introduced. Chewing surface is temporarily restored.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; controlled bone tissue recovery; increased tooth crown and root strength.
