FIELD: medicine; surgical stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: polypropylene tube with internal diametre matching external diametre of cervical part of crown tooth part is fixed at the cervical part protruding over the gum level at least by 2 mm. Reinforcement element is positioned inside the tube and fixed by glass ionomer cement. Tube cavity is filled with macrofiled composite material. Composite material is polymerised. Polypropylene tube is removed.
EFFECT: stability and durability of crown installed thereafter, reduced intervention time.
