SUBSTANCE: proposed multipole overvoltage protective system designed for use in multiphase power supply mains has four overvoltage protective members 1 disposed in taps 2, 3, 4, 5, respectively, so as to ensure desired level of overvoltage protection among all taps of multiphase supply mains lines. Separate members 1 of overvoltage protective system are interconnected so that initiation of one overvoltage protective member 1 also initiates all other overvoltage protective members.
