FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing tulip valuable plant-regenerates by culturing seed buds in vitro. Method involves using the half agarized Murasige-Skoog medium supplemented with glycine, alpha-naphthtylacetic acid, antibiotic ampicillin and sucrose in the concentration 9% or 3% (depending on age of seed buds) for development of embryos after isolation of seed buds with part of ovary from mother plant. Grown seed buds are replaced in fresh nutrient medium being with the same composition of growth regulators firstly and reduced to 3% content of sucrose followed by replacing in the modified Murasige-Skoog medium containing 6% of sucrose, 6-benzylaminopurine and alpha-naphthylacetic acid under condition of successive change of temperature and illumination regimens. Invention provides safety of hybrid embryos at early stage of their development, enhances viability of seven weeks old age hybrid embryos and give the possibility for retaining original samples of genotypes from single embryos also.
