FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing plants-regenerants of reproductive organs of Brassica oleracea L. in vitro relates to biotechnology and is intended for in vitro culturing of anthers and ovaries of Brassica oleracea L. and can be used for production of new initial material to create varieties. To Murasinge and Skug nutrient medium as embryogenesis inductors herbal extracts are added, which are obtained from reproductive organs of white cabbage using solvent DMSO in concentration of 1–1.5 ml/100 ml of nutrient medium.
EFFECT: aim of invention is to accelerate process of selection.
