FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to biotechnology and can be used to produce a new raw material for creating varieties. Method includes isolation of inflorescences and cultivation of anthers and ovaries on a nutrient medium. Isolated inflorescences are held for two days in conditions of low positive temperature from 4 to 6°C with simultaneous immersion into a solution of the drop, taken in concentration 10 mg/l, prepared based on catholyte. ANK anolyte solution taken in concentration of 0.03% for 10 minutes is followed by sterilization of buds and cultivated on nutrient medium according to Murashige–Skoog formulation, prepared based on electrochemically activated aqueous catholyte solution. Embryogenesis inducers are represented by a drug preparation in concentration 0.01 mg/l and indolylacetic acid in concentration of 0.3 mg/l.
EFFECT: method provides accelerating the selection process by increasing the frequency of haploid plants of the genus Brassica in vitro.
