Method for producing dry mixture for children's nutrition involves cooking groats to a pulp in pectin extract, its mixing with fruit-vegetable puree and the preparation obtained from micromycetus Mortierella polycephala biomass by the known technology followed by its homogenization and drying. Method provides enhancing quality of the end product.
