FIELD: production of infant foods.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cooking groats in pectin extract having pectin substance content of 0.5-1.5 wt%; mixing cooked groats with fruit and vegetable pulp; during mixing procedure, introducing preparation produced from Mortierella globalpina micromycet biomass by predetermined process in an amount of 0.01-0.02% by weight of mixture to be prepared; homogenizing and drying resultant mixture.
EFFECT: improved quality of base product and elimination of caking thereof during storage in unsealed package.
