SUBSTANCE: target product is produced by cereal cooking in water with pectin in amount of 0.5-1.5 %, blending with fruit-and-vegetable puree and preparation obtained from biomass of Mortierella alpina micromycete according to claimed technology, followed by homogenization and drying.
EFFECT: target product of improved quality.
