FIELD: rescue facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stationary rescue lowering devices for saving people and values by removing them from roof, windows and balconies of buildings. Proposed system for high-rise buildings includes lifting mechanism installed on end of building roof. Said mechanism consists of winch with boom, cable suspension and rescue cabin. The latter is connected by additional cable with second similar lifting mechanism with boom and winch installed on other edge of roof to change position of cabin in horizontal. Each winch has step motor coupled with control synchronizing mechanism. Booms are made lifting, two-support, being furnished with sheaves to turn relative to central to central longitudinal axis of boom and are provided with alarm signaling system. At least one of booms is made U-shaped. With possibility of arrangement of rescue cabin in initial position between supports.
EFFECT: improved safety, capacity, efficiency of rescue operation, possibility of rescuing people directly from windows and balconies, reduced time for setting into operation, improved manufacturability of system.
