FIELD: robotics.
SUBSTANCE: robot has its motion drive apparatus in housing of which are arranged: obstacle detecting unit; unit for determining current position of robot; unit for observing space in front of robot; power source. All said units are connected through information circuits with control unit. Observing video camera is connected with unit for observing space in front of robot. Robot is also provided with moving unit carrying mobile communication station with possibility of entering INTERNET and remote control board in the form of personal computer connected through information line with mobile communication station. Apparatus for moving robot is in the form of self-moving carriage kinematically joined with moving unit. Obstacle detecting unit is provided with ultrasonic signal transmitter and receiver. Power source is connected with unit for determining robot walked distance, with unit for measuring acceleration at robot motion, with mobile communication station and personal computer.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of robot functioning and controlling.
