SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: glucose, 4.0-6.0 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.2-0.4 kg; lemon fruit aromatic alcohol, 4.0-6.0 l; lemon essential oil dissolved in rectified alcohol in the ratio 1:10, 0.1-0.4 l; orange essential oil dissolved in rectified alcohol in the ratio 1:10, 0.09-0.2 l; sugar syrup in the concentration 65.8%, 17.0-18.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka of lower cost due to its decrease about by 0.5 ruble per a bottle, expanding assortment of special vodkas by conferring to vodka a barely detected bergamot-clove aroma and slightly refreshing taste. Mean score of vodka is 9.7. Invention can be used in producing special vodka.
