SUBSTANCE: vodka "Rodnik limon" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate dissolved in purified water and filtered off, 0.1-0.6 kg; lemon oil aromatic alcohol prepared from 0.02-0.08 kg of lemon oil dissolved in 50%-th an aqueous-alcoholic liquid in the ratio 1:150, 5.0-7.0 l; lactic acid, 0.3-0.8 l; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 6.0-7.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. The proposed invention provides preparing the special vodka showing higher organoleptic indices and expanding assortment of special vodkas. The combination of features of the proposed invention provides preparing vodka with barely detecting thyme aroma and hardly detecting clove in after tasting.
