FIELD: micro-electronics and power engineering, in particular, methods for measuring lesser heat flows, possible use for measuring quickly changing heat flows.

SUBSTANCE: method includes measuring thermal EMF value, appearing between heated and cold joints of thermocouple battery, positioned on dielectric membrane. After performing measuring process between membrane and thermostatted body electric field is applied for realization of heat contact of membrane with thermostatted body for evening out temperature of joints.

EFFECT: increased measurement speed of operation.
